Veterinary Surgical Centers (VSC) is proud to announce Owner and Chief of Surgery Dr. Anke Langenbach has passed her ACVSMR Examination to become board-certified in sports medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Langenbach has worked closely with Veterinary Surgical Centers Rehabilitation (VSCR) in building the department and promoting quality of life for all pets. The VSC and VSCR Medical Team works tirelessly to advance our offerings and ensure we are always on the cutting edge of veterinary surgery and physical rehabilitation.
Established in 2010, the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation serves to meet the unique needs of athletic and working animals and all animals in need of rehabilitation. It offers two recognized veterinary specialties, each of which has its own certificate: Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (Canine) and Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (Equine).
