Veterinary Surgical Centers (VSC) is proud to announce that its VSC Winchester location will achieve full-time status starting Monday, May 15, 2017. Under the leadership of Holly Phelps, DVM, DACVS-SA, the VSC Winchester team will offer consultations and surgery Monday through Thursday at its location in Valley Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center. We very much appreciate the support of local primary veterinary clinics and the community, which has enabled us to grow to this point.
