Message from our CEO, Rory Caracciolo:
At VSC/ VSCR, the health and safety of our clients, staff and the communities we serve is always a priority - particularly now, as we see an increase in coronavirus (COVID-19) in our area. To protect our clients, staff and communities, we are continuing to monitor and follow the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and the Virginia Department of Health.
Currently, VSC/ VSCR will continue to provide veterinary medical care at each of our locations and all appointments will continue to be seen as scheduled. We ask that everyone take the steps below to help us minimize risk of exposure to our staff and clients.
We are asking anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 48 hours to call us to reschedule your appointments after all symptoms have subsided for at least 48 hours.
We are also asking both staff and clients to temporarily refrain from shaking hands.
